Yes the nt does increase with gestational age (up to 13w6d which is the cut off for an nt). I am 36 and had mine done at 13w2d and it was 2.5/2.6mm. Here they don't get at all concerned untill it is over 3.5mm. With my bloodwork I came back low risk (1 in 6000 approx).
